Deep Pour is an art. Deep Pour Systems require perfect clarity and reduced bubble formation.
Low exotherm and cool curing temperatures will ensure they stay clear. A vacuum chamber is
an essential tool for the reduction of bubbles for a professional outcome. As formulated these
systems give you what you need to make perfect pours.
Everything, the shop, the mold, the resin and hardener, all need to be climate controlled at 72F -
78F for best results. Burnt resin that gets set too hot is a ruined project. If the climate can’t be controlled, then
multiple thinner layers can be substituted.
